During structural drying, disturbed materials can release dust, fine particles, and odors into the air. A HEPA air scrubber filters the air in the affected space, helping control odor and air quality while drying equipment runs.

Whether you are managing a residential home or a commercial property, an air scrubber is included in the Professional Package (1 unit) and Premium Package (1 unit) alongside dehumidifiers and air movers. It is not included in the Essential Package, which is designed for smaller, more contained drying jobs where air filtration is less critical.
